Hi! Peta here, wanting to tell you the story as to how we decided to make Fig Gin!
When we got our farm, we found out
that we had fig trees in full bloom. So, being against
wasting resources, I planned to make fig jam. But, my first
attempt didn't turn out as expected. So, I tried something
different and made fig gin instead.

Our homegrown figs, dehydrated to perfection, give the gin
a sweet and fruity taste that's totally different from other
infused gins. And, we added homegrown and dehydrated
hibiscus flowers to bring in a subtle floral fragrance. This
gives the gin a unique flavor and can add a new twist to
cocktails. You can try it with Fever Tree Elderflower or
Aromatic tonic for a fantastic drink.

If you're looking for a Mothers Day gift, Fig Gin would be a
perfect option. And, we also offer taster packs that include
6 x 30 ml test tube sized shots of Fig or Mandarin Gin. If
you quote this blog, we'll throw in a 200 ml bottle of
Aromatic tonic.
