At the Harvey Show, we met people who were convinced that they hated gin. However, we found that these individuals simply hadn't experienced a good gin and tonic pairing. When a quality gin is paired with the perfect tonic, the result can be life-changing, and even the staunchest gin haters can become gin lovers.

So what's the secret to a great gin and tonic? Here are some tips:
1. Always use high-quality gin, such as our handcrafted small-batch gins. Trust us, it makes all the difference in the world.
2. Make sure your ice cubes are well-frozen to prevent diluting the gin too quickly and to spread the flavour profile.
3. Choose a tonic that complements the botanicals without overpowering them. We recommend Fever-Tree tonics for their exceptional quality.
If you're using our Mandarin gin for a traditional gin and tonic, we suggest pairing it with a Mediterranean tonic. For a spicy and warming drink, try Ginger beer. The mojito was a favourite cocktail at the Harvey Show.
For our Fig gin, we recommend Mediterranean light for a traditional drink, elderflower, to enhance the floral botanicals, including our farm-grown hibiscus, or raspberry for a pink splash and low-sugar option.

Now, all that's left to do is sit back, sip, and relax. You'll soon understand why we love gin and why we're confident that you'll love it too!
Fantastic and a great taste
