This delightfully sweet and fruity take on the lemon drop martini will leave you wanting more, it has graced almost all of our celebrations this festive season with its light and fun flavours, making it the perfect sweet treat for those hot summer days.

Mandarin Drop Recipe
Ingredients
4 mandarins
4oz Samson Brook South Humming Frog Mandarin Gin
1oz dry vermouth

Instructions
Fill two martini glasses and a cocktail shaker with ice and set aside to chill for 2 minutes.
Slice 1 mandarin orange into thin round slices.
Juice the remaining three mandarin oranges
Pour the mandarin juice, gin, and vermouth into the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 to 45 seconds.
Empty martini glasses of ice. Divide the contents of the cocktail shaker evenly between both glasses and garnish with a slice of mandarin.
