Summer is fast approaching, from the warm days, the beach trips, the impromptu plans and of course fun refreshments!
We have some great news for you summer lovers out there, we did some state testing as a family in the English summer, and found your new favourite cocktail for the our Australian summer!!! From its floral, sweet citrus flavours to its refreshing taste it's sure to be a hit.
The English Garden

The Recipe
Ingredients
5 mint leaves, bruised
30ml (1 shot) of Humming Frog Mandarin Gin
2 tsp elderflower cordial (use more or less, depending on how sweet you like it)
2 tsp Mandarin juice (lemon juice is also ok if you don't have mandarin)
large handful of ice
cloudy apple juice, for topping up
1 long strip of cucumber, peeled using a vegetable peeler
Instructions
STEP 1 Mix the mint leaves,Humming Frog Mandarin Gin ,elderflower cordial and mandarin juice together in the bottom of a tall glass using a long-handled spoon.
STEP 2 Add a large handful of ice, then top up with the apple juice. Stir well, then drop in the strip of cucumber before serving.
STEP 3 Enjoy!
