Hello!

and Welcome to the Samson Brook South Family!

We are so excited to welcome you as part of our community. Samson Brook South is a family owned, and operated small batch distillery. Crafted with the passion, love and expertise that a family with over 15 years of alcohol making experience can create.

We are so excited at this opportunity for you to get to know us, what happens on our farm, up and coming events as well as our very own tips and tricks for enjoying our gin.

We have spent the last two years traveling, tasting and experiencing the very best gins from all over the world to bring you a gin that you're sure not to forget. We have bought the best flavours fromour travel and combined these with flavours to our very own backyard.

We take pride and joy is making gin, as a family we have been involved in making alcohol for longer than the kids have been alive! Craig originally owned a vineyard in Pipers Brook, studying wine making and working in some of the best Tasmanian wineries in the region. Peta joined Craig and studied viticulture in Tasmania. This very vineyard became important to our family, as it was Peta and Craig's wedding venue, and home, where they welcomed their two beautiful children in the following years. This passion for farming, producing and creating alcohol never truly left us as we moved to Western Australia. It continues to be a family affair with Ronan completing Agribusiness degree and Louisa utilising her media skills and leadership that she is learning at University.

This is why we have decided to establish Samson Brook South, a place of our very own to grow, pursue and create alcohol for all to enjoy. From the Farm, direct to your very own backyard, are blessed that you have decided to join us on our very own journey.

The Farm!

We farm source as many ingredients as we can to make Whooping Frog Fig Gin and and Humming Frog Mandarin gin and produce our alcohol on our farm In Hamel, Western Australia. This decreases our carbon footprint and creates intimate control over our product taste. Our farm is home to 100 mandarin trees, 10 Fig trees, 3000 grape vines, 2 very hungry miniature Hereford steers, a flock of Chickens and Guinea fowl. The animals of the farm keep us all very busy when we are not making gin, from our cows jumping the fence to eat the Mandarins, our birds laying eggs in places we weren’t even sure they could get into. They always seem, to keep us on our toes, but thats why we love them.

Keep up to date!

We have exciting events and opportunities to buy our gin coming up! from preordering now!

To many more places to try out our gin, meet the team and grab a bottle being announced in the next couple of weeks!
